Sports Betting Rules
Please read these Rules carefully before placing any bets.
These Rules govern the use of the Sportsbook section of the 007.Casino platform and form an integral part of the general Terms and Conditions.
By placing a bet, the user confirms that they:

1. Definitions
1.1. Bet means an agreement between the user and the Company under which the user stakes a specified amount on a selected outcome of an event at the applicable odds.

1.3. Outcome means a possible result of an event or an individual market on which the user places a bet.
1.4. User means a registered individual who uses the platform and places bets.
1.5. Betting Line means the list of available events, markets, outcomes, odds, and betting deadlines.
1.6. Odds means the numerical value used to calculate the potential payout of a bet.
1.7. Bet Settlement means the determination of the result of a bet after the event has ended or after circumstances have occurred that allow the relevant market to be settled.
1.8. Bet Refund means the settlement of a bet at odds of 1.00, whereby the stake is returned to the user’s gaming balance.
1.9. Bet Voidance means the declaration of a bet as invalid, with the stake returned to the user’s gaming balance.
1.10. Regular Time means the duration of an event in accordance with the official rules of the relevant sport, including injury time or stoppage time, but excluding overtime, extra time, penalty shoot-outs, and any other additional periods, unless otherwise stated in the market description.
1.11. Live Bet means a bet placed after the actual start of an event.
1.12. For the purpose of determining results and settling bets, the Company may use information provided by official sports governing bodies, competition organisers, independent sports data providers, and gaming platform providers.
1.13. Where this document is published in more than one language, the language version designated by the Company as prevailing in the Terms and Conditions shall take precedence in the event of any inconsistency.
2. General Rules for Accepting Bets
2.1. A bet is considered accepted only after it has been registered on the Company’s server and the relevant confirmation appears in the user’s betting history.
2.2. Bets may only be placed using the user’s available real-money balance or an eligible bonus balance.
2.3. The stake is deducted from the user’s balance when the bet is confirmed. The potential winnings are displayed using the odds applicable at the time the bet is accepted.
2.4. Once confirmed, a bet may not be changed or cancelled by the user, except where the platform offers a specific early settlement, cash-out, or bet cancellation feature.
2.5. The Company may reject a bet, in whole or in part, before it is finally confirmed.
2.6. The Company may establish minimum and maximum bet amounts, potential winnings, and payout limits for individual events, markets, sports, or users.
2.7. Such limits may depend on the type of event, market, odds, risk level, betting history, payment profile, and other objective risk-management factors.
2.8. Pre-match bets are accepted until the relevant market closes.
2.9. A bet mistakenly accepted outside the Live section after the actual start of an event may be voided or settled at odds of 1.00.
2.10. Times displayed on the website are provided for information purposes only. In the event of a discrepancy, the Company’s server records and the official event start time shall prevail.
3. Obvious and Technical Errors
3.1. The Company takes reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy of odds, markets, and event information. However, technical, software, human, or data-provider errors cannot be entirely excluded.

4. Types of Bets
4.1. Single Bet
A single bet is placed on one outcome of one event.
If the bet wins, the payout is calculated by multiplying the stake by the applicable odds.
4.2. Accumulator Bet
An accumulator consists of two or more selections.
The total odds of an accumulator are calculated by multiplying the odds of all included selections.
For an accumulator to win, all included selections must win. If any selection loses, the entire accumulator is considered lost, unless otherwise provided by the rules of the relevant market.
If an individual selection is settled at odds of 1.00, the remaining selections in the accumulator remain valid.

A system bet consists of several accumulator combinations formed from a selected number of outcomes.

5. Related Outcomes and Market Combinations
5.1. Outcomes whose results are wholly or partially dependent on one another may not be combined in a single accumulator unless the platform expressly permits such a combination.

6. Live Betting
6.1. Live bets are accepted after the actual start of an event on markets available at the relevant time.
6.2. Odds and market availability may change without prior notice depending on the progress of the event.
6.3. A technical delay may apply when a Live bet is submitted in order to verify the current odds and status of the event.

6.6. A Live bet is considered accepted only after confirmation by the Company’s server.

7. Results and Bet Settlement
7.1. Bets are settled on the basis of official results published by the competition organiser, the relevant sports federation, or an authorised data provider.
7.2. Subsequent changes made after the initial official announcement will generally not affect bets that have already been settled, unless otherwise provided by the rules of the relevant sport or market.
7.3. A disqualification, result amendment, sanction, or court decision announced after the initial official settlement will not automatically result in bets being resettled.
7.4. If different official sources provide conflicting information, the Company may suspend settlement until a confirmed result becomes available.
7.5. Winnings are credited to the user’s balance after the bet has been settled.
7.6. The Company may correct an obvious settlement error, including an incorrect credit or deduction of funds.
7.7. Funds credited to the user’s balance in error do not constitute winnings and may be deducted once the error has been established.
8. Postponed, Cancelled, and Abandoned Events
8.1. If an event is postponed and takes place within 72 hours of its originally scheduled start time, the bet will remain valid unless otherwise provided by the rules of the relevant sport or market.
8.2. If an event does not begin within 72 hours of its scheduled start time, the bet will generally be voided and settled at odds of 1.00.
8.3. The 72-hour rule may not apply to multi-day competitions, tournaments, season-long markets, and long-term bets.
8.4. If an event starts but is subsequently interrupted or abandoned:

8.6. A change of venue does not automatically result in bets being voided. Specific rules may apply to individual sports.
9. Sport-Specific Rules

10. Restrictions and Prohibited Activities

11.1. Sports betting services are available only to users who are legally permitted to participate in such activities under the laws of their country of residence and actual location.
11.2. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
11.3. The Company may restrict registration, access to the Sportsbook section, the placement of bets, or financial transactions for users located in certain countries or territories.

11.5. The use of VPNs, proxy servers, location-spoofing technologies, or other methods intended to circumvent geographical restrictions is prohibited.
12. Financial Transactions
12.1. All deposits, withdrawals, refunds, fees, currency conversions, and transaction limits are governed by:
