Refund Policy

No refund can be completed once the deposited funds (including any bonuses) have been used in the gambling process.

A refund request will only be considered if it is submitted within the first twenty-four (24) hours of the alleged transaction, or within thirty (30) days if a player alleges that another individual (or a minor) has accessed their Player Account.

We reserve the right to withhold any refund or reverse transaction until the identity of the Player Account user is satisfactorily verified. You agree to provide, upon our request, notarized identification or any other certified identification in accordance with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. If such notarized or certified identification is not provided within thirty (30) days of our request, no refund or reverse transaction will be processed, your Player Account will be closed, and you will forfeit all funds in your Player Account. This decision will be final, binding, and not subject to appeal.

A player must use fair methods in all games and must not influence the outcome of any game in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, using computer aids, mathematical equations, betting systems, or similar methods.
