If the Player does not agree with these Terms, whether in whole or in part, they must immediately discontinue use of the Website.

1.2. Amendments to the Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend, supplement or update these Terms at any time.

Unless otherwise expressly stated by the Company, any amended version of the Terms shall take effect immediately upon publication on the Website.

The Player’s continued use of the Website following publication of the amended Terms shall constitute full acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms form part of the Company’s contractual framework and must be read together with the following documents, where applicable:

  • Privacy Policy;
  • AML and KYC Policy;
  • Responsible Gambling Policy;
  • Bonus Terms and Conditions;

The Company reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend access or decline to provide services where required by applicable law, licensing conditions, internal security procedures, responsible gambling obligations or fraud-prevention measures.

2.1. Restricted Jurisdictions

The Company may restrict or prohibit access to the Website from certain countries, territories or jurisdictions.

It is the Player’s sole responsibility to determine whether access to and use of the Website is lawful in their location.

The use of VPN services, proxy servers, TOR networks, remote-access systems, location emulators or any similar technology intended to conceal or misrepresent the Player’s actual location or bypass geographical restrictions is strictly prohibited.

If the Company detects or reasonably suspects the use of such technology, it may suspend or close the Player Account without prior notice and take any other action permitted under these Terms.

3. PLAYER ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

3.1. One Player Account

Each Player is permitted to register and operate only one Player Account.

The Company may request evidence supporting any information supplied by the Player.

The use of false, misleading, incomplete or fictitious information, documents belonging to another person or any other inaccurate registration details shall constitute a material breach of these Terms.

The Player must promptly update their account information if any relevant detail changes.

The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of:

  • their username or login details;
  • password;
  • registered email account;
  • registered telephone number;
  • two-factor authentication codes, where available;
  • any device used to access the Player Account.

All transactions, wagers and other activity completed following successful authentication shall be treated as having been authorised by the Player, unless the Company determines otherwise.

The Player must immediately notify the Company if they suspect that:

  • their login details have been compromised;
  • unauthorised access has occurred;
  • their registered email address or telephone number is no longer secure;
  • any unauthorised transaction or gaming activity has taken place.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from:

  • disclosure of account credentials to another person;
  • use of a weak or compromised password;
  • unauthorised access to the Player’s email account or device;
  • malware, viruses or other security threats affecting the Player’s equipment;
  • any other circumstance outside the Company’s reasonable control.

3.4. Suspension and Closure of a Player Account

  • continued operation of the account may create legal, financial, regulatory, security or reputational risk for the Company.

The Company may maintain restrictions on the Player Account for as long as reasonably necessary to complete an investigation, comply with legal obligations or obtain information from third-party providers.

4. IDENTITY VERIFICATION, KYC AND AML

To comply with applicable laws, regulatory obligations, licensing conditions and internal risk-management procedures, the Company may require the Player to complete identity verification at any time, regardless of the amount deposited, wagered or requested for withdrawal.

Verification may include a request for:

  • a valid passport, national identity card or other government-issued identification document;
  • a selfie or photograph showing the Player together with the identification document;

The Company may use third-party service providers to carry out identity verification, document authentication, biometric verification, sanctions screening, politically exposed person screening, fraud detection and other compliance checks.

The Player agrees to cooperate fully with all verification procedures.

Failure to provide requested documents or information within the period specified by the Company may result in:

  • temporary suspension of the Player Account;
  • restriction of deposits, wagering or withdrawals;
  • cancellation of pending transactions;
  • refusal to process a withdrawal;
  • closure of the Player Account;
  • reporting to competent authorities where required by law.

4.1. Source of Funds and Source of Wealth

The Player confirms that all funds used on the Website:

  • belong to the Player;
  • originate from lawful sources;
  • are not connected with fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal activity.

The Company may request evidence demonstrating the lawful origin of deposited funds or the Player’s overall wealth.

The Company may suspend transactions or retain funds while any source-of-funds or source-of-wealth review remains incomplete, subject to applicable law and licensing requirements.

4.2. Ongoing Monitoring

Verification is an ongoing process and may be repeated at any time.

The Company may request updated or additional documents where:

  • account activity changes significantly;

5.1. General Provisions

Deposits may be made only through payment methods displayed as available on the Website.

The Company may add, remove, suspend or otherwise modify available payment methods without prior notice.

The Player is solely responsible for ensuring that all payment details, wallet addresses and transaction information are accurate.

The Company shall not be responsible for funds sent to an incorrect payment address, unsupported network or payment method as a result of incorrect information provided by the Player.

5.2. Ownership of Payment Methods

All bank cards, bank accounts, electronic wallets, cryptocurrency wallets and other payment instruments used for deposits or withdrawals must belong to the registered holder of the Player Account.

The use of a third party’s payment method is prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by the Company.

The Company may request proof of ownership of any payment method used in connection with the Player Account.

Where a third-party payment method is detected, the Company may:

  • reject or reverse the transaction;
  • suspend the Player Account;
  • request additional verification;
  • return funds to the original payment source;
  • restrict or refuse withdrawals;
  • close the Player Account where misuse or fraud is suspected.

5.3. Verification Before Withdrawal

Before processing any withdrawal request, the Company may require the Player to complete full identity verification and provide any documents necessary to verify:

  • identity;
  • age;
  • residential address;
  • ownership of the payment method;
  • source of funds;
  • source of wealth;
  • the legitimacy of account activity.

The Company reserves the right to suspend processing of a withdrawal until all required checks have been completed to its reasonable satisfaction.

Where possible and permitted, withdrawals may be processed through the same payment method used to make the deposit.

5.4. Withdrawal Processing Time

Each withdrawal request is reviewed individually.

Processing times may vary depending on:

  • the payment method used;

  • review of the Player’s gaming and transaction history;
  • requirements imposed by payment providers, banks, game providers, regulators or competent authorities;
  • technical or operational delays outside the Company’s reasonable control.

Any processing timeframe displayed on the Website is indicative only and does not constitute a guaranteed payment deadline.

5.5. Refusal, Cancellation or Suspension of a Withdrawal

The Company may refuse, cancel or suspend a withdrawal request where:

  • the Player has breached these Terms;
  • the Player Account has been used in breach of security requirements;

The Company may deduct any amount owed by the Player to the Company from the Player Account balance or from any pending withdrawal, including amounts arising from:

  • duplicate or erroneous payments;
  • chargebacks;
  • reversed deposits;
  • fraudulent transactions;
  • fees or losses incurred as a result of the Player’s breach of these Terms.

5.6. Chargebacks and Reversed Payments

6. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

6.1. General Provisions

The Company may, at its sole discretion, offer welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, tournaments, loyalty rewards and other promotional campaigns.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus or promotional campaign at any time without prior notice.

  • the promotion is being abused;
  • the Player has breached these Terms;
  • multiple or linked accounts are involved;
  • fraudulent, dishonest or suspicious activity has been detected;

The Company shall not be obliged to provide reasons for refusing a bonus where disclosure could compromise fraud prevention or regulatory obligations.

6.3. Bonus Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds remain bonus balance until all wagering requirements and other applicable promotional conditions have been fully satisfied.

Bonus funds:

  • cannot be withdrawn;
  • may expire after the promotional period;
  • may be forfeited if the Player breaches these Terms or the applicable Bonus Terms.

Only the withdrawable real-money balance may be withdrawn.

6.4. Maximum Bet Rule

While a bonus is active, the Player must not exceed the maximum permitted stake specified in the relevant Bonus Terms.

Where the maximum permitted bet is exceeded, intentionally or unintentionally, the Company may:

  • cancel the bonus;
  • void any winnings generated after the breach;
  • recalculate the bonus balance;
  • remove promotional winnings in full.

6.5. Free Spins

Free Spins are valid only:

  • for the games specified by the Company;

  • a hardware failure;
  • a communication error;
  • an incorrect game configuration;

the Company reserves the right to:

  • declare the affected bets void;
  • cancel any winnings;

  • recover incorrectly credited funds.

A technical error shall not create any legal entitlement to incorrectly credited funds or winnings.

If the Player becomes aware of a technical error, they must immediately cease playing the affected game and notify Customer Support.

Failure to report a known technical error may itself constitute a breach of these Terms.

9. FRAUD PREVENTION

The Company maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, collusion, money laundering and all forms of financial crime.

The Company may initiate an investigation whenever it reasonably suspects:
