Terms and conditions

1. Main Provisions
1.1. Bet - An agreement concerning a potential win, entered into between the client and the betting company in accordance with established rules. The outcome of this agreement depends on an event whose occurrence is uncertain at the time of the bet. Bets are accepted from clients based on the terms set by the betting company.
1.2. Outcome - The result of the event (or events) on which the bet is placed.
1.3. Client - An individual who places a bet with the betting company on the outcome of an event.
1.4. Line - A collection of events, their possible outcomes, the odds for those outcomes, and the date and time after which the betting company ceases accepting bets on those events.
1.5. Bet Cancellation - A situation in which no settlement or payout occurs. If a bet is canceled under these terms, the agreement between the betting company and the client is deemed unfulfilled, and the wagered amount is refunded.
1.6. Regular Time - The duration of a match as defined by the rules of the sport, including any additional time added by the official. Regular time excludes extra time, overtime, penalty shootouts, or similar extensions.
1.7. All bets are settled based on information provided by the processing center.
1.8. Upon receiving a payout, the client must verify the accuracy of the amount. If the client disagrees with the payout, they must notify the betting company, providing their account number, date, time, event, bet amount, selected outcome, odds, and reasons for disagreement. Claims regarding payouts must be submitted within 10 (ten) days.
1.9. A bet placed by a client on a specific event outcome is deemed successful only if all outcomes specified in the bet are correctly predicted.
1.10. The terms for accepting bets (odds, handicaps, totals, maximum bet limits, etc.) may be modified after any bet is placed, though the terms of previously placed bets remain unchanged. Clients must confirm any changes to the current line before finalizing their agreement.
1.11. Bets placed on events with outcomes known at the time of betting may be settled at odds of “1.”
1.12. Under this Agreement, if disputes arise between the client and the betting company regarding the execution or fulfillment of the betting agreement—including issues related to payouts, event outcomes, odds, or other essential terms, as well as the validity of the agreement—the parties must follow a mandatory claims process to resolve such disputes (pre-litigation procedure).
1.13. Claims must be submitted within 10 (ten) days from when the client became aware, or should have become aware, of the rights violation. All supporting arguments and evidence must accompany the claim. Insufficient justification may result in the claim being returned without review.
1.14. In the event of staff errors during bet acceptance (e.g., clear typos in event listings, discrepancies between line and bet odds), deviations from these rules, or other evidence of inaccuracies, the betting company may declare such bets invalid. Payouts for these bets will be processed at odds of “1.”
1.15. If unsportsmanlike conduct is suspected in a match, the betting company may suspend betting on the event until an international organization concludes its investigation. If unsportsmanlike behavior is confirmed, bets may be voided, with payouts issued at odds of “1.” The administration is not required to provide clients with evidence or findings.
1.16. If an obvious error occurs in the betting company’s odds, the bet will be settled based on the final result using the correct odds for that market.
1.17. The betting company does not accept claims arising from variations in transliteration (translations from foreign languages) of team names, player names, or competition venues. Information in tournament titles is supplementary, and errors therein do not warrant bet refunds.
1.18. The betting company may close an account and void all associated bets if it determines that the client possessed knowledge of an event’s outcome at the time of betting. The administration is not obligated to provide evidence or conclusions to clients.
1.19. These General Terms and Conditions are drafted in English, which is the authoritative version. Any translations are provided for reference only.

2. Main Rules of Bet Acceptance
2.1. The betting company may restrict maximum bets and odds for specific events or adjust these limits for individual clients without prior notice or explanation.
2.2. The acceptance of repeated bets on the same outcome or combination of outcomes from the same client may be restricted at the betting company’s discretion.
2.3. A bet is considered accepted once it is registered on the server and an online confirmation is issued. Registered bets cannot be canceled or modified.
2.4. Bets are accepted only up to the amount available in the client’s current account balance. Upon registration, the bet amount is deducted from the account. After settlement, any winnings are credited to the client’s account.
2.5. Bets must be placed before an event begins; the date and time listed in the line are approximate. Bets placed after an event’s actual start are void, except for live bets made during the event, which remain valid until the event concludes.
2.6. Line and live bets cannot be edited or deleted, except in special cases outlined in these rules.
2.7. If a bet is canceled, single bets are refunded. In parlays, if one or more events are canceled, no winnings are calculated for those events.
2.8. If bets are miscalculated (e.g., due to incorrect results), they will be recalculated. Bets placed between the initial miscalculation and recalculation remain valid. If a client’s balance becomes negative after recalculation, betting is paused until the account is replenished.
2.9. Sports events are deemed postponed or canceled only with confirmation from official documents of organizing bodies, sports federation websites, club websites, or other credible sports information sources, which are used to update the line.
2.10. A bet may be canceled if the client deliberately misled company staff by providing false information or demands regarding bet acceptance, payouts, event results, or similar matters. This also applies to individuals under 18 and their guardians.
2.11. A bet is canceled if placed on an outcome already known (the event occurred but is not yet reflected in the system).
2.12. A bet is canceled if the event’s start is delayed by more than 72 hours.
2.13. If an event is interrupted, bets are settled based on outcomes established at the time of stoppage. If outcomes remain undetermined, settlement is paused for 48 hours. If the event does not resume within this period, bets are settled at odds of “1,” unless specified otherwise in the “Sports Rules.”

3. Types of Bets
3.1. Single - A bet on a specific event outcome. The payout equals the bet amount multiplied by the odds for that outcome.
3.2. Parlay - A bet on multiple independent event outcomes. The payout is the bet amount multiplied by the odds of all included outcomes. A loss on any outcome results in the loss of the entire parlay.
3.3. System Bets - A wager combining multiple parlays. The payout depends on the selected number of correct outcomes (e.g., two out of three, four out of five). Parlays within the system follow standard parlay rules, and losing one parlay does not void the entire system. See section 4.5 for event limits.

4. Limitations on Including Certain Outcomes
4.1. Only one dependent outcome may be included in a parlay. If multiple dependent events are included, those with the lowest odds are excluded.
4.2. Dependent Outcomes (interrelated events) - The result of one part of a bet affects the result of another part.
4.3. Bets on “Team Scores a Penalty Yes/No” are lost if no penalty is awarded during regular time.
4.4. Bets on “How the Goal is Scored” or “Next Goal” are lost if the specified goal number is not scored.
4.5. The maximum number of events in a system bet is 16.

5. Acceptance of Bets During the Match (Live Bets)
5.1. Live bets are accepted on primary and additional outcomes. Single live bets can be placed individually or combined into a parlay.
5.2. A live bet is accepted upon server registration and online confirmation. Accepted bets cannot be altered. Under circumstances noted in “Main Rules of Bet Acceptance,” live bets may be settled at odds of “1.”
5.3. The betting company is not responsible for inaccuracies in live match results. Clients should consult additional independent sources.
5.4. Live bets cannot be edited or canceled.

6. Match Results, Start Times, and Dispute Resolution
6.1. Bet settlements may be revised if an incorrect result is provided by the betting company.
6.2. Bet calculations use the actual start time of events, approximated from official organizing body documents or, if unavailable, from sports federation websites, club websites, or other sports information sources.
6.3. The betting company is not liable for discrepancies between listed and actual event start times or inaccuracies in championship names or match durations. Line and live data are approximate, and clients should verify details using independent sources. Claims regarding event results must be submitted within 10 calendar days of the event’s conclusion, supported by official documents from the organizing body.
6.4. Bets placed after an event begins are settled at odds of “1” (except live bets); in parlays, such bets carry odds of “1.”
6.5. Bets on events with known outcomes at the time of placement are canceled following a closed investigation, with actions on such bets suspended.
6.6. If a participant withdraws before an event starts, all bets on them are canceled.
6.7. If a participant exits during a competition (e.g., due to injury or refusal), bets placed before their last completed round or stage remain valid; subsequent bets are canceled.
6.8. If a team member (e.g., footballer, hockey player) does not participate in a match, bets on them are settled at odds of “1,” unless otherwise agreed.
6.9. In tennis, if a withdrawal or disqualification occurs before the match starts, bets are settled at odds of “1,” except for tournament result bets. If a match is interrupted, not completed that day, and postponed, bets remain valid until the tournament ends or a participant withdraws.
6.10. If an event lists a specific pair of participants and the pairing changes, all bets on that event are canceled.
6.11. In team events, substitutions of team members do not affect the validity of bets on the match outcome.
6.12. In pair matches with named participants, a substitution results in odds of “1”; if participants are unnamed, bets remain valid.
6.13. For events with “home” and “away” designations, if postponed: bets remain valid on a neutral field or the opposing team’s field.
6.14. For events without “home” or “away” terms (e.g., singles or pairs sports), a venue change does not affect bet validity.
6.15. For friendly matches or club tournaments, venue changes do not impact bet validity.
6.16. Sports or scenarios without specific acceptance and settlement rules fall under these general provisions.
6.17. In unique disputes, the betting company holds final decision-making authority.
6.18. If data from various sources (date, time, result, team name) conflicts, payouts are paused until authenticity is verified. If official site results differ from TV broadcasts, the company may settle based on broadcast data.
6.19. If an error in odds output is identified and acknowledged, all affected bets are deemed winners at odds of “1.”
